Vibe Recruit was created to challenge what can sometimes be seen as an “over promise, under deliver” recruitment industry. Our Managing Director had spent years dealing with multiple recruitment specialists who provided staff to his successful businesses however, he felt something was missing from their service.
As an initial team of six who all had vast experience in the recruitment industry, we wanted Vibe Recruit to offer something new and exciting to our clients, candidates and employees.
Together, we had the same vision and values: trust, transparency and a commitment to delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.
The strapline Working.Together was born and it is this ethos that runs through the centre of everything we do at Vibe Recruit.
After a year of operating we merged with the Paterson Group who shared in our vision and values.
Matt Evans, CEO of the Paterson Group became CEO of Vibe Recruit and together we have been successfully growing the business while maintaining our core values.
