Management Buy-Out of The Paterson Group Completes
Founded by Pam Paterson in 1972, The Paterson Group, encompassing Paterson Health & Social Care and Paterson Recruitment, was established with a clear vision: to provide professional, friendly and reliable recruitment services for both candidates and clients. Tracey Campbell and Joyce Sutton have been Senior Managers within the business for over 25 years and are both key influencers in its success to date.
Matt Evans identified the business and its potential for enhanced success and growth. Matt thrives on working with management to expand SMEs’ entrepreneurial growth and development. With over 25 years’ experience across various industries, with a professional sports background, and a basis in the insolvency profession, Matt has a wealth of strategic business knowledge which he already applies to many prosperous enterprises across the UK.
Tracey and Joyce, as Managing Director and Finance Director respectively, have financial resource to utilise in the expansion and rapid growth of the business. This investment will allow the increase of, not only revenue, but also the valued team, scope of business activity and reach across the UK.
As well as the organic growth and development of The Paterson Group’s current offering, the company will also be executing key acquisitions to catalyse their progression and ensure wide-spread and sustained expansion. The addition of working capital for future growth will unlock the potential of this hungry team and drive limitless advancement.
As part of the planned progression, The Paterson Group will be expanding its Bicester and Milton Keynes branches by relocating some aspects of its resource. These changes will allow increased reach from central hubs and allow for the delivery of a more streamlined service. Regular events, registration days and client visits will ensure the Group’s presence across the mid-counties remains strong.
The Group, backed by a driven and highly skilled team, will no-doubt thrive alongside liberated management and a fresh, clear strategy for development. The business’s new-found ability to invest internally in process and personnel will support Matt, Tracey and Joyce’s vision: to build on the company’s already highly regarded service delivery and enable the roll-out of further competitive services to both clients and candidates alike.
The team is delighted to announce this new chapter and the hugely positive effects that will ensue. The Paterson Group looks forward to the journey into the next phase of its development, alongside their new CEO and supported by a talented and strong internal management team, spearheaded entirely by Matt, Tracey and Joyce.
