A Fresh Online Presence for Paterson Recruitment

The Paterson Group has created a new-look website format across its brands: Paterson Recruitment, Paterson Health & Social Care and Paterson Training, launching this Wednesday, 13th March. The new sites are more navigable, with innovative facilities to help manage relationships with both employers and candidates.

The Paterson Recruitment and Paterson Health & Social Care websites feature a ‘candidate login’ facility, enabling prospective candidates to shortlist suitable roles and save applications before submitting. As well as this, the ‘Already Registered’ area allows existing workers to easily submit holiday, availability and self-booked shifts online, as well as refer their friends at the touch of a button! Workers are able to communicate with the team in a more modern and efficient way, saving time and ensuring a quick route into work.

Also, The Paterson Group now has a brand-new site, enabling visitors to easily navigate between the company’s three brands quickly and easily, fully utilising the turnkey service offered. Prospective workers can also complete the specially designed application forms easily online, rather than completing it in branch, ensuring a head-start in the journey to finding work.

Marketing Executive, Eliza Lewis, has overseen the design and implementation of the new sites and explains; “Following our Management Buy-Out in 2018, we felt there was a need to revisit the company’s websites and freshen them up in order to make them easier for our valued clients and workers to utilise. We also wanted to make the sites more uniform and reinforce our brand values.”

The new sites launch on March 13th, 2019.
