My client looking for someone with passion for the automotive sector to join our team as a Sales Executive and help us reach our 5 year business plan.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to play a large part shaping the future of The My Client and you will be exposed to all aspects of a growing business. You will join us at our Abingdon office on a full-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive OTE of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, life insurance and 5% pension contribution.

My client  transitioned into the automotive sector in the 1990’s and has now become a global brand, working with major OEM clients, Formula 1 and motorsport teams as well as the aftermarket sector. Client offers innovative heat management solutions with the focus being on thermal management performance. Industry emission targets and the requirements to reduce the carbon foot print for all car/ motorcycle manufacturers have ensured consistent growth of which is suggested will continue for the foreseeable future.

About the Sales Executive role: My Client have three companies associated with the Group, of which each offers their individual challenges.  Therefore require someone with a passion to develop their career within sales, with a proven track record in not only developing key accounts, but also in winning new business opportunities. As Sales Executive you will be working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and will be targeted on growth of these accounts along with sourcing new accounts to grow your portfolio. Some business travel will be required to fulfil your role.

Key responsibilities of our Sales Executive: - Driving License Required.

Account Management: Develop and grow your account revenue spend via cross selling product lines and upselling -

New Business: Proactive targeting of new customers as well as reactively dealing with inbound enquiries -

Social media: Working with our Marketing manager to align sales efforts with the company marketing strategy - Exhibitions: Attending exhibitions, trade events and marketing activities -

Team Player: You will be required to answer incoming calls and deliver outbound call targets to achieve goals
