Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Residential Conveyancer on behalf of our Oxford based Client. 

The successful candidate will have opportunities to work in all areas of property work.

The Position:

• Drafting legal documents.

• Able to work to deadlines
  

• Meeting and consulting with clients face to face, at present by zoom calls, but will eventually be face to face and consulting via telephone

• Working with experienced Solicitors to complete the conveyancing transactions.
  

• Carrying out searches with regards to freehold and leasehold properties through to completion
  Working in a productive timely manner to ensure all records are accurate and complete.
