Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a PA Receptionist for our Birmingham Client.
This position is a varied role and will involve secretarial duties along with reception work.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience of answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Ability to maintain diaries and arranging appointments.
- Must have good typing skills, along with the ability to prepare and collate reports.
- Filing experience
- Experienced in organising and servicing meetings - taking minutes
- Be able to Manage the Reception Desk, greet visitors.
- Notify departments of the arrival of expected visitor and ensuring they sign the visitors’ book and are issued a visitors’ badge.
- Salary £25k – 28k
