Our client who is provide fit and service safety equipment to a variety of premises including: football clubs, theme parks, shopping centers, large industrial and commercial complexes, offices, factories, hospitals, care homes, schools, residential blocks of flats, HMO's and shops.
Are currently looking for an Administrator to join their small office just outside Bicester.
This role includes you preparing engineer reports and certificates, organising and scheduling client appointments, handling diary management for their engineers, preparing and sending quotations of their in house system, handling and directing incoming calls as well as general administrative support.
Ideally you would of come from an office environment where customers are a main focus, and have experience communicating both oral and verbal. You will have an excellent telephone manner and have an attention to detail. Team spirit is key in this office so we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a fun friendly team!
