Compliance Administrator – Insurance

Our client is a rapidly growing Insurance broker that is looking to take on a Compliance Administrator to join a busy team.

The role will include:

* General administration – filing, telephone management, scanning, inbox management, mailing and diary management.

* Assisting the Accounts team when required

* Dealing with 3rd party insurance claims

* To work with appropriate departments effective delivery of client KPIs

* Ensure compliance with all company and client policies and procedures comply with all client and company privacy and security protocols

* Develop and apply a good understanding of Clients’ businesses and products

Essential skills and attributes required:

* Experience of working within an administration capacity – insurance experience is essential
* Ability to work on your own and use your initiative
* Adaptable – able to multi-task and cope with changes daily
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient with the Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Diary/Event management skills
* Confident speaking with clients over the phone
* At least 12 months Insurance administration experience
* Exposure to dealing with Compliance and Insurance Claims is highly desirable
* Educated to at least GCSE or equivalent
