I began my career at Paterson Recruitment as Commercial Consultant in the Bicester branch 16 years ago and have always worked in the recruitment industry. During my time here I have also managed the Oxford branch before becoming Operations Manager and finally General Manager. I find my current role challenging and extremely varied. Supporting our consultants and managers and watching them progress and grow is extremely satisfying as is the continuing development of our team ethos, which helps the company to grow stronger.
Claire Joined Paterson Recruitment in September 2015, after returning from maternity leave.
Having been in the recruitment industry for over 19 years, she has a very strong track record as a top billing consultant in her own right as well as building and managing teams.
She has developed good relationships with clients and candidates by offering a first class recruitment service, and brings her industry experience to Paterson Recruitment to grow the Commercial business.
Claire has a wealth of experience finding staff for a range of office based roles from entry level through to Managing Director across a broad range of businesses and industry sectors.
With over 10 years’ experience in Paterson Recruitment, Helen started as a Consultant and has developed her career to Branch manager in our Aylesbury branch.
Helen has a passion to strive high standards of fulfilment to all recruitment requirements with the ability to manage various sectors within Paterson Recruitment.
