Job Title:: Senior Project Co-ordinator

Job Description:: Our client is seeking an experienced customer and administration focussed individual to take on this busy and varied role. You will act as a point of contact for customers who have placed an order that requires installation, from the receipt of the order into the department to the successful completion of the installation. To work with the Field based teams ensuring that all jobs are appropriately allocated reflecting on distance & skill set. To be accountable for ensuring all materials are on site in advance of the installation date. You will act as a point of escalation for all areas across the business and work closely with the Line Manager identifying key areas of development and improvement. Strong customer service experience is required along with a background within a busy administration environment. The post is initially available on a temporary basis.
