Job Description:

This is one of the finest hotels in the world. This grand stately home is set in 376 acres of magnificent countryside. The hotel hosts a 2 rosette restaurant, a 3 rosette restaurant, private dining rooms, a lounge and bar area.

Based in the main kitchen you will be required to work on all sections as required. Using the finest quality ingredients you will be producing high quality fine dining cuisine for the 2 rosette restaurant, banqueting and the lounge and bar areas. The days of work are 5 out of 7 on a rosta basis. Live in accommodation is available at a small charge. If you do not live in you must drive an own a vehichle.

Candidates must be reliable, flexible and enthusiastic team players with good kitchen skills and knowledge. A minimum of one year’s industry experience is essential.
