A brand new, 200 cover branded restaurant based in Oxford has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager. The company are fun and vibrant and aim to expand to 15-20 more sites within the next year, so it’s an exciting place to be.



Team leader, good shift manager
Training skills
Preferably someone with Oxford experience in a similar environment.
Good fun, but professional with a lively personality.
Food and wine knowledge essential, would like someone who can interact really well with kitchen and even cover the odd shift when needed.
A good, strong leader that has done openings before would be preferable but not essential.
A manager that can display low staff turnover and excellent training attributes.
Experience of high volumes and large group bookings, experience in driving local sales and networking.
Standard setter!
